This group was likely good awhile ago, but due to the inability to be an admin and the founder being deactivated this group is very crippled, sad really...
That's not good. Why is the founder deactivated, and is there a way to replace the founder?
No, sadly there's no way to use this one fully anymore.
You could perhaps ask DA to make a new founder though.

Your settings for joining as a member are off so no one cam join by themselves. You can turn them on in the manage users part of the settings. People will be able to join by themselves then.
